All belongings are comprehensively insured throughout the journey. In the unlikely event of damage, you contact us, and we handle the claim process on your behalf.

Not at all. Our Italian partners have English-speaking team members for international moves, and most of your communication will be with the Smart Move London team anyway.

Yes. Fine art, piano and antiques moving is a core part of our service. These items are wrapped to export standard and itemised separately on the customs inventory.

Hazardous materials, perishable foods, plants, and certain restricted items cannot be transported. We’ll provide a complete list when you book.

Yes. We offer container and crated warehouse storage at our West Drayton facility for short-term or long-term periods. Ask when you book your survey.

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards. Typically, we require 50% deposit when booking and 50% on completion.

Yes, we provide regular updates throughout your move and can give you tracking information for the transport phase.
